How to measure yourself?

To know your measurements, take a sewing meter and measure three contours:

1. Chest: Pass the meter around the entire contour at the level of the nipple

2. Waist: Pass the meter around the entire contour of the waist, it is the narrowest part.

3. Hip: Pass the meter along the entire contour of the widest part of the hip.
